Transcending CGI shackles with Kemono Friends (WMC)

Hi all! I’ve partnered with the analytical anime nerds over at Wave Motion Cannon to bring you a piece exploring how Kemono Friends overcame stigma about CGI in anime to make a hit series.

You can read the article here.

I hope you enjoy the piece and I encourage you to join the discussion in the WMC comments section after reading. And as always, keep on keepin’ on.

Only a few months into your blogging career, too. You’ve done a great deal in a small time span. These are extraordinary times indeed. Congratulations!

P.S. If I may, I think you meant “stigma” in that bolded section. That is, unless you’re trying to imply that CGI is correlated with ocular disorders, a fact which I would be inclined not to doubt in the presence of the new Berserk anime.

  3. As I said before on Twitter: congrats! 😀

It’s great to see one of the best bloggers around being granted such an opportunity.

I look forward to seeing your posts for WMC, and of course the stuff for your own blog as well!

    Once again, well done!
